Years have passed. The remaining Strogg army hordes have retired from fighting, but have not given up their bloodthirsty lust for revenge. They have gathered in their heavily fortified headquarters, lying in wait like wound animals for you to return to finish them off. They know you're coming. You always do. But this time, they are ready for you. They are ready to die to the last soldier to see that this time, you die too.

You have more powerful weapons for this battle than you ever have had in the past. You are primed! You are trained! You are rested! You are ready to battle the last of the Strogg to finally restore definitive universal peace (Pax Imperia) to the world.

Atention please read this:

For now, Pax Imperia will only run with  Quake II v3.21 r0.15 for Linux , or Quake II v3.21 r0.15 (Q2Max) for Linux , soo you must use them if you whant to play Pax Imperia.

As soon as i can, i will try to make it run with other engines.

You must keep in mind that because Pax Imperia uses Knightmare engine source code, is almoast impossible and extremly hard to convert and port it to legacy Quake II engine.

Anyway i did it = ) ...

But keep in mind that you will depend on saving the game as you proced in the level´s, like you depend in the air that you breed....

This will happen because in some points, the Knightmare engine source code makes some calls that dont exist in the legacy Quake II engines, and this may result in some crash´s and minor bugs.

So dont forget, as long as you proced in the game save it...

I will try to fix all the bugs that are reported to me and also the ones that i will find, and as allways, if i have the time, i will work hard on this, so that you Quake II fans enjoy this pearl...
